Delivery & Shipping Cost
For items in the majority of the categories, we charge a nominal fee of $8 for delivery in Singapore. Due to the weight and bulkiness of the items in the category "Delivery In Singapore Only", a delivery fee of $30 will be charged instead. However, free shipping in Singapore will be given when total order is S$120 and above. Delivery will take 2 to 3 working days.

International shipping rates are determined by the total weight of the merchandise ordered and the destination of delivery. International orders may also be subject to the destination country’s import duties and taxes (which may have to be collected upon delivery). All duties and taxes imposed by the customs and relevant authorities in the destination countries will not be included in the prices displayed. All charges for custom clearance must be borne by the customer. GetMaterialHub.com will not be responsible for any of such costs. Refusal to pay these fees will result in your package being abandoned and will not be refunded by GetMaterialHub.com.
For international buyers, please note that there are items that are for delivery in Singapore only. Due to the bulkiness and weight of these items, overseas delivery will not be possible for us.
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 90 days of purchase. However, please note that the return delivery charges will not be borne by us.
